You stock it with fish at your own expense.

Thanks Tom, that seems a sensible arrangement.
In the UK, you would have to buy a National Rivers Fishing Licence, with a trout endorsement.
There are attempts being made here, to change the law for owners and guests, on private land.
No licences are required to fish in the sea, or tidal waters.
Which is one reason why the sea fishing here is not very productive.
Years and years of overfishing.
No size limits, No bag limits and No Officials who care.
Your system may not be perfect, but you HAVE a system.
