Phunny JT, I've been married for too many years and I know what he is in for that's why I tried to talk him out of it. He will just have to find out for himself and I'll be there to help him drink when he does.
[quote="Jumptrout51"]How come we have not heard from all the guys that fished the Keaton contest?
Are they just plain scared?
If you're scared,SAY,you're scared.

Well, after you pre-announced your win, we either figured it one of two ways...either the fix is in or we are in danger of being overcome by your male bovine feces....myself, I figured the later for sure
Reels relined, tackle box restocked, GPS loaded...Still contemplating what lures to use...I have some new 2007 lures that some trout have never seen, might have to try them out Fiday...But old lucky will be tied on Satdy....I'm ready

I have a silly question. Since sunup is at 7:20 am. Do we blast off @ 6:30 am in the dark? If so I know Luke is not driving. The shoals out of Crooked River can be a problem.
It'll be up to the torment director, but we left out at 6:30 at Keaton and had plenty of light. Should be even better now in April. Plus you have the long idle down the river so it'll be more like an ooze off than a blast off.
Just saw sunup is @ 7:13 am in Carrabelle Sat the 14th. We should be able to see the shoals then. Luke is not driving.
Low tide in the Carrabelle river is @ 7:18 am (0.01)
