Grouper Regs.?

Have I missed something, Talked to a friend that told me the limit was going from 5 to 2.

Kinda makes you want to go out and buy a bigger boat. Gas prices keep going up and the numbers of fish you can keep keep going down. May as well make it all a "No-Motor Zone".

I complain, but I'm no big grouper threat anyway. A couple grouper in the cooler with a bunch of grunts and bass make a fine dinner that keeps giving through the week.

We need to conserve but it needs to be fair. Any proposals on the commercial take?
