Pest Control Recommendation

Post by Sir reel »

Do any of you folks have a Pest Control Service that you would recommend or one you would suggest to stay away from (just as important)?

In the past week, I spotted a swarm of termites coming out of the ground fairly close to my house. The location is where we cut down a large pine tree a few years ago. Haven't seen evidence of a swarm inside. I'm over whelmed by the number of services listed in the yellow pages. Need to establish contact with a service to check it out that will do a creditable job at a reasonable cost.

Thanks.

We had an infestation a few years ago and All Pest took care of the problem. They were the most "reasonable" out of all the estimates we had, and they continue to follow up every year.

What ever you do don't just treat them, pay the extra for the bond. A not just a retreat bond, get the repair/replacement bond. The retreat is cheap but doesn't help when they eat a wall down or get in the rafters. .02

Rex Thomas Pest Control
(850) 562-5765 3700 N Monroe St
Tallahassee, FL

Rex does most of my WDO work.
Rates are reasonable and he is a professional.
This is a family company. He does most - if not all- of the work himself.
He can handle termites, beatles or just spray for roaches.

I would recommend me but you live in that State south of Georgia. I belive Nations pest control is in Tallahassee, and the do good work. I would recommend a smaller company other than the national chains, the workers have more in stake than just a paycheck, they live on a reputation.
