how do you get pictures on these reports???

Go to http://www.photobucket.com and create an account.
Just follow the instructions on how to upload photos there. Go to your photobucket page and click on the image code listed last under the photo. This will automatically "Copy" the pix to your clipboard. Go back to the post page and right click at the place you want the picture and choose paste. this will add the picture to the post.

imageshack.us is another site you can use to upload your photos to the web then post their links here with the Img command
