first trip questions

Of the three, where would you recommend for a first yak trip?

1) Aucilla .. I've been there once and know it a tiny bit
2) Econina .. Been there once also
3) Hickory Mound .. never been there but it sure looks tempting

looking mostly for reds and trout .. but I catch way more trash fish than anything

Go to the Aucilla if you know it. I caught 1 20" Redfish, and 5 18-20" Trout Sunday at slack tide at Hickory Mounds. I park and launch at the ramp in the middle of the dam near the blue porta potty, and take the creek out to the gulf. Explore those creeks East and West and fish the flats on an incoming tide for reds.
