bad day gone good @ ecofina

Post by BAD BEHAVIOR »

Got to Ecofina Sunday am @daylight, on the water by seven, fishing a rough tide no wind sand gnats two miles off grass. By eleven only one trout in the boat. Fishing with my buddy and his new boat who has only fished ecofina one time(following me) . New boat means new GPS and no numbers! What to do? Pull your pants up,tuck your shirt in,pop a top, and fish boy!!! Went to some old holes havent fished in a while because Ive gotten so accustomed to all my technology, limited out (3 limits) by 4:30. Caught about 4 lb sheepie and 25" cobia. Hooked up with way to large to tame cobe, little to say all to show for it was heart break and a few choice words! By the way, this is the seventh trip in a row my crew has limited out!! Hopin to keep the streak alive Wednesday of this week. Maybe I can get Cairo Trout to turn loose of that cash register long enough to put him on some fish. Ill be glad to show the pics if anyone can help me with my computer illiteracy. Some real beauties, send me some info as to how to include pics here. Thanks in advance![/img]

Sounds like great trip. (3 Limits :o )

Tell Cario Trout to answer the phone so I can get some stuff and he'll have enough money to take us on a nice vacation.

Are the challenger rods the ones sold out of Louisianna or there abouts with the redfish picture on them?

Bainbridge had some at around $25 and then the fancy ones with the gold guides for around $75. They ran out and never got any more.
I would love to find these again.

Challenger Marsh Master. Has a picture of a trout and red on them. Sounds like your talking about the same ones. South Georgia Outdoors
