Around here I am seeing moore and more of them. I have yet to see anybody poling. Is this just a flats "fashion statement" :lol: :lol:

I got up on mine and I swear I know this fat boy ain't gonna be up there poling!! :lol: :smt006

Now I am gonna take it off, gets in my way too. I know I'm taking myself outta the "Flats Fashion" league.... :lol:

They make great casting platforms. And there's more than 1 kind of poling. :lol:

Like BD said, great for a bird's eye view. My boat will also float more shallow than the trolling motor will run, so it does come in handy at times. Not mention, the excellent picnic table it makes. :D
