How Far?

If the weather is good tomorrow I was thinking about running out to drag some plugs. How far will my run be out of St. Marks to get to 30+'. Any info is much appreciated.

1 mile = 2' depth around there so 30 ft. = 15 miles more or less

Head for bouy 24 for 30+ quickest

I can get to 30+ in just over 8 miles from Mashes Sands

but watch your finder while heading out, there will be fish in less than 30 if ya run over the right spot

Thanks guys. I'll have the wife and kids w/ me so my bravery is severely reduced. We'll see how the seas are, but in a 21' Kenner you need to pick your spots. I'm dying to drag a grupa over the edge of my boat but we'll have to see if its tomorrow or not. Hopefully can put the kids on something they will have fun with. Thanks again for the info.
