A unique website dedicated to fishing information from Florida's Northern Big Bend. This includes the area from the Econfina River west to the Apalachicola River
We only have 20 boats registered for the June 2 Econfina tourney. You would think that a club with 140 plus members would participate a little stronger. Whether or not they are like you and can not catch the elusive trout.
The trout catching is secondary. The fun, food and friendship is worth more than the catch.
Not to mention the $100 Big T and Sonny think they are going to win.
I smell a pot rollover.

It has been so long since I fished a tournament I figure I have reacquired beginners luck. So I got that going for me.
Wish I could JT51. The wife will be away on a girls weekend down at .... well I better not disclose location judging by BD's new avatar, but anyway that means baby girl duties for me. I will be having just as much fun as all of you. Can't wait for all the reports. Hope to fish one of these tourneys soon. If not to win, just to meet some of you characters. Ya'll do good!
Looks like the wind and rain are gonna keep me from driving 8 hours to Stuart, FL for the DOA tourney. If I don't go, I'm only out the entry fee. So I'll not go, and enter the NFGFC Tournny at Econfina and try and keep up with you fellars on the local tourney trail.
