On aluminum trailers what is the price diff and benifit of torsion axel over leaf springs?

I don't know about price except to say the torsions will more than likely be more$. Performance diff. ,I think, are huge. They allow you to run a smaller tire for less ground clearance, which makes launching and loading easier at those bad lowtide ramps, you don't have to worry about the springs rusting. Just my opinion but I think they ride better/smother.
