It was Sunday Afternoon after church when I asked Troutinator if he wanted to head to Aucilla, and it was a definite “yesâ€

:thumbup: :thumbup: Wow. Sounds like fun. I had a similar experience a few weeks ago at Aucilla with a big shark about like yours, only I had a CT and med. action pole out. He finally broke me off, but you're right, that is quite a rush!Keep trying the big pole. We got spooled by a big tarpon 2 trips ago not far from where you guys fished. :smt004

Thanks Dixie Reb, The Big pole will be coming fishing with me from now on. Interesting, could this be the same shark you hooked?

You just have to love that salt water fishing....you just never know whats gonna end up on the end of the line.
