virtual memory

I keep getting a "virtual memory too low" message from my computer. A lot of times, it says "Windows is increasing the size of your virtual memory".
Is there something I should do, or is this normal??

Don't sweat it, your OS "Operating System" is set to increase the virtual memory when it becomes to low automatically

the default setting

you can do it manually, but if you set it to low, it will cause slow-downs and lockups
