Lowrance X 88 DF

Post by generalee »

I just replaced my Lowrance X 88 DF Sonar unit with a combination GPS / Sonar unit. I would like to sell the X 88 DF rather than store it for my future "estate sale". (way in the future I hope )
The X 88 Df is a 50/200 kHz Sonar with a 5" diagonal 320 X 320 pixel screen. It has 500 true watts of power with 4,000 watts peak to peak. It has the GRAYLINE feature and "Fish Reveal" using 10 levels of gray scale to show fish targets clearly in surface clutter or weeds. The transducer is the Skimmer transducer and a speed sensor. When I removed the unit the temperature reading was not accurate ( read 32 degrees constant ). all other features of this unit work just fine. I have the owner's manual.

If you want to check this model out the Lowrance web site has an "emulator" for the X 88 DF. That is a very neat tool I used to get acquainted with the unit and practice operating it.
Asking $ 100.

I am assuming that it comes with the transducer and mounting hardware?

All mounting brackets for the transducer, speed sensor, and the bracket for the sonar unit itself is included and in good shape. Wiring harness is also included.
