Really tough day today. Hot. No wind in the a.m. Felt like I was on the doorstep of Hell. Tide not doing much. Can I complain anymore? Anyways, I caught one trout, one red, one flounder, one jack, and one cobia (little guy). The trout, red, and cobia were on rays. Love when they do that . . . I'll probably visit Hell's doorstep again real soon.
CT- I sight fish most of the time. The flounder was caught with a blind cast.
TaxDr- The fish are typically trailing or right on top of the ray. The bigger the ray, the more likely a fish will be on it. I never ignore a big ray this time of year.
