Garmin GPS question
My GPS is less than a year old and the screen is really hard to see, even under the T-Top. I cant figure out if the film on the screen is messed up or there is something actually wrong with the screen. It kind of looks like its got water spots all over it and I can see it much better with my polarized glasses off. Any suggestions????

It does seem pretty harsh, but if you want to try it you can get CLR at any Home Depot or Lowes (stands for CalciumLimeRust).BAD BEHAVIOR wrote:Will that CLR eat that film off?? The manual says not to put anything more than soapy water not even a wax. Have you used CLR and where do you get it??

That happened to my screens and I sent the GPS back to Garmin who fixed the issue pretty quickly. After that I started using screen protectors.

I second the screen protectors. Go to any phone store that sales Treo phones and you can buy the stick on protectors. Mines been on for about a year and no scratches and no glare.
