What is an "invalid session"?

It's what people who use AOL as their ISP have to deal with sometimes. Sorry.

I use Bell south, is that a form of AOL?? I get that message too.

I use Windstream/Alltel DSL and seem to get the message quite a bit.

Are you guys using dial-up? I use Bellsouth DSL and have never had the problem....

I know I will get the old "thats all I can get" but nowadays with all the Java and other web apps, dial-up just don't cut it no more...

I have lots of problems with customers who have dial-up and newer web sites...

One other thing is I have a static IP, which probably explains why I do not have the issue.

Static IP dsl! I actually pay for the single address and still have the trouble!! What line of work you in dubble??

My home IP is dynamic (comcast) and I dont remember getting the error.

yeah, but you are in ADEL.....

They still setup PC's on abacus's there......

Plus, yall so far back in the woods, it takes too long for your bits and bytes to get out to the real world.......LOL

As for your question, I do consulting and management for business's on their Local and Wide area networks and VPN's....monday thru thursday.

On friday, I try to get out here on the farm and do a little mowing and other work....

Saturdays and Sundays.....well we all know where we want to be......

I read Dubble Trubble's link...actually found it quite boring.

After reading Tom's post last evening about AOL I reopened site via
IE and had no problems.

An "Invalid session" is what you got from my Mother, if you ever upset her.
It took quite a bit of recovering from.

An "invalid session" is when you go out fishing for trout and catch a bunch of catfish, pinfish, short rock bass and stingrays. And then your motor seizes up on you and you call for a tow boat.
