I seem to remember that you have a contact or two in the Texas area. As I was watching the weather this morning before I left for work I was reminded how much fresh water that Texas has been blessed/burdened with this year. I would think that the Gulf area close in has had a ton of fresh water run off this year. Have you heard from sources as to how or if the inshore fishing may have been affected?
