St. Marks 07-29

Had a fun day on the water with the kids and wife. My wife caught a few blue fish and lady fish. I managed to catch a few trout, including a 25 inch 5 pound one. Played on the sandbar, and met the parents to let the grand kids paddle the kayaks. Had the most trout bite on the west flats in little deeper water. All in all, a good day.

We did good, but that was a few weeks ago. We were privledged enough to rediscover the joy of a bunch of cleaning scallops. 8)
