Has anyone tried the ramp off of 12 in the last week? I was wanting to go fishing but the last time I was on the lake is was almost too low to launch and I didnt know if the rain we have had raised it up any.[/i]
I was there about 10 am yesterday and the gravel bar just off the end of the ramp is out of the water. There were three trailers in the lot, but I assume they were carrying jon boats. You would have to drag a boat off the trailer and wade out to deeper water to get going.
My buddy was down there yesterday and has a picture of a truck that was backed in almost 100 yards trying to get his boat off the trailer. Unless it rains for a month straight it ain't looking good
If you've got them by the balls their hearts and minds will follow.

Looks like a darn good time to do repairs and maybe dig out behind the ramp

Fill that hole with some rock and use a loader to move some of that dirt and when the rains come, it will be a fine place ta launch

Which wouldn't be there any more if it was filled in with ROCKS

Still no dice out of Bull Headly. I was out at Target a few days back and decided to see for myself. The channel running out of there was lake bottom for as far as I could see... Trucks have been driving out there it looks like.
