TroutTrent and his buddies went offshore today out of Apalachicola. There float plan indicated they would be back at 2pm. At 5 pm the Sheriffs office in Franklin county,the FWC and Coastguard were on alert to begin a search for the overdue anglers.
The merry fishermen strolled into the dock at 7:30 pm to a parking lot full of searchers.
I think their merry butts should reimburse law enforcement for expenses on their behalf.

It takes a little longer to get in when the boat is loaded down with a four man limit of Scamp and gag grouper, a tuna and some big Snapper good day on God's pond ,,,,and I didn't say I would be back a 2pm I said I hope it's fast enough action to be back at 2 Don't know about the rest of the gulf but the hole we were at was on FIRE

I have the solution. Next time take the messenger fishing so he is unable to contact rescuers. That Scamp sounds good.
