Loomis #8 fly rod back from the company (a 3-piece replacement for the broken tip section under warranty). I never expected to get a new rod - just fix the old one! The value of fishing with a "good valued rod" indeed, sir! :lol:
By the way, I queried the Sage Rod company about their "guarantee" program and they only have the deal "for the original owner"...bummer, man! That is what I get for being honest, eh? :smt009 Think I'll just enter the rod under an assumed name if I ever break it and they will never know? In the meanwhile, I'm guarding my Sage #7 with my life! :smt007
