Scalloping with the swim advisory?

Post by Squall Line »

Has anyone heard either way if the activity is inadvisable at this time? I have a few co workers that are wanting to go out of St Marks in the next few days... As far as I can tell, there are no shellfish advisory, but I may be looking in the wrong place.

Thanks,
Eric

Never heard of any warning at St Marks...thought all the warning were Shell Point and west...could be wrong.

No water quality issues out from the beach. I have scalloped for years even at Keaton when they post warnings at the beach. Scallops are miles away.

No issues I'm aware of at St Marks anyway.
Good luck!
