Worked within 60' of a group and just about to cast when 5 mongos bolted 5' from the boat, through the reds I was working. Lots of cussin.
Next spot, found more reds working shallow, this time no saviors...wind was blowing me toward a group. Shot a crab imitation in, got a chase, and hooked up! Landed a my first sight fished red on the fly! That was cool!.
Next spot, working some moving water, can't see nuthin in the clouds, and bump a good number of big reds again within feet of the boat and watched as they shot a hell of a wake...Arrgh..too much thunder.
Check radar, run a long way W. to a new spot. Tide was really coming in, about 2.5', so threw the spoon, couldn't see squat and I've learned one thing with a fly rod, if you can't see them it is hard to catch them with it.
With the spoon, managed to hook about 12 or so reds and landed 9. All 18-25" range. Also 1 decent trout.
Typical red today - and only pic I took:

Running up SC, a sail boater "Ed" caught my attention - looked over my right shoulder, nice water spout! Very cool...
Can't wait till next time.
