4. flounder
5. trout (specks and sand)
6. red
7. whiting
8. spanish
9. sail fin cat (they really are good)
croaker are excellant as well but I have never caught one in the Big Bend area.

I vote for Redfish, but there's not too many that aren't good with the right recipe. I mean, I bet I could blacken a dog turd and make it taste good.
