Austin's gal from Alabama is coming in today for homecoming. Her folks are going to eat with us tomorrow. He asked if I'd cook a little something for them and I DO like to take care of my children....

So I got up and went to the store.... ;)

One small thing Brad, I hope you washed up before they arrived, it could be a trick of the light, but you appear to have a dirty smudge on your chin. :wink:

My wife just bought me one of them smokers for my birthday. Well, she bought the smoker, then I went back to Lowes and bought the side fire box. I've smoked a few butts/ribs on it and they have turned out great. The first time I used it, I had a hard time controlling the heat, but I'm starting to get the hang of it.
