Duck Season...

did anyone else make it out?

My buddy and I went on Saturday and Sunday. Saw plenty of woodducks on Saturday, and knocked down a limit, but were only able to find two. We searched for the other two a couple hours, but to no avail. The terrain (knee to waist deep mud-we were in hip boots) made retrieving tough. Wish I could have taken Boo, but the gators were thick. Not as many ducks Sunday; had a couple teal go by out of range, and managed to pick up another woody. Very enjoyable start to the season though.

I had too many customers so I working that weekend.

I have the decoys out for a repaint and getting the blind together.

Had a couple of clients come up with big deals to do, so didn't pull a trigger. Glad ya'll got after them
