Smoked some meat today

Post by Ty one on »

Took it easy today. Decided to fire up the ole smoker. Called the in-laws to let them know the smoker was on in case they had something they wish to smoke, they did.

I smoked a 12lbs. ham, one whole chicken, two turkey legs, and a pork loin. The ham cooked for 6 hours from 225F to 275F.
