Looks like good fishin weather...no fishing for me this weekend, but I get to go to Doak in about 8 hours to tailgate and watch the not-quite-as-big-as-I-was-hoping-it-would-be football game. Let's all hope it's not a suck fest...well, an orange and green suckfest would be fine

I have already been out looking for a duck or three, but a bright sunrise in a cold clear sky ruined any thought of a low level morning flight.
Those ducks I saw had lifted straight up off the marsh and were flying so high they had vapour trails.
Still, it was nice to be around at that time of the day.
