And they want to take away our guns?

They will probably try to charge the poor guy who held him with pointing a gun at another....

Then the burglar will sue for mental anguish and get the ladies house from her....

All I can say is that burglar was lucky it was not MY home he busted into...my gun has a habit of just going off at any moment... :lol:

Why?

It sounds like an armed crack head engaging in criminal activity. If anybody should feel lucky it's the victim (home owner) that she wasn't hurt.
