LOST FOUR RODS & REELS

Post by jsuber »

I left 4 rods and reels leaning against a palm tree at Blue Dolphin on Oyster Bay. Call or email if you have found them.

I could get four new reels or a new knee. Unfortunately, I need the knee more.

Go back to the palm tree and leave a note with your contact information. Can't hurt anything.

Chances don't look good. A good man would walk by and not pick up the rods knowing who left them would be back. Someone not so good would have picked them up with no plans to return them.

Just leave a note.

TYE
I done that already, and I put notes on the locals mailboxes, and I made signs and put them up at the tackle shops. I'll give it two weeks, since they could be traveling from far away. You never know.

Ill bet some good samaritan has them standing in a corner. Id try the closest businesses and houses in person. I bet you'd get em back. Good Luck.

I hope you left a female's name and phone number on the notes (i.e. Candy, Daisy, Trixy) and not Jeff. :hammer:

With some of the characters I've seen at the ramp lately, I think a trip to some pawn shops would be better advice.

I was there Saturday morning but not Sunday.

They were picked up between 10:00 and 13:00. I can't blame anyone but myself for this, I'm just trying to get them back at this point.
