POST EM UP PEOPLES!

Post by What a mess »

Is nobody fishing, catching, or posting?

Post em up folks, the good the bad and the ugly.

There were plenty of boats at keaton yesterday.

I just don't see very many reports.

I would love to go again this week but don't want to waste my time.

Was it rough for everybody yesterday or was it just me?
Yesterday it was taboo today it is normal what the heck will they be doing tomorrow?

I went and caught some mullet Saturday before the FSU game. I smoked them during the 2nd half of the game. I even ate a smoked mullet for breakfast this morning. :lick:

Today I took my bike and my fishing rod. Rode about 12 miles and caught 7 trout from the hill. They ranged from 14" to 17" all were caught with a jerk bait. The big trout didn't seem to be there yet. :smt012
If we were all crazy, Wouldn't that make us all normal.

I worked most of the day Saturday and watched a few ballgames.

Sunday consisted of working on some shelves the wife wanted me build for her. Then an afternoon with my dad's family for an early Thanksgiving dinner and listening to the race and checking it on my Palm.

Went Sheep head hunting at St. Marks on Saturday. Took the wife and son. Never found the sheepies, only tiny sea bass were biting. No casualties or gut hookings. Gave up fishing and went to the rock island in the river and picked up rash while my son climbed the cedars. It felt good to the boat back on the water. Lots of boats on the river.

Went offshore Saturday and killed the grouper again, 3rd trip in a row. Last Friday and Saturday they bit during the middle of the day, but this time they didn't bite until late. We were throwing them in the floor and rebaiting as fast as we could because we were running low on daylight--we had to run WOT to get back to the O-bay channel before dark.
I must fish.
