Bald Point 11/18

Post by Littoral »

Puy in 3 hours starting real early. The wind was down so I stayed faithful to the Flyrod. Took awhile & I found a nice trout looking for a Clouser. Nole, worked the Merkin for 30 minutes & nada. I'll stick with it. Didn't help much that I was blind casting off a bar.
Switched to jigs & caught a bunch more trout and 4 nice blues on the 52MR.
Off the water and working by 11am.
Great Day!

  Very nice Lit. That Merkin shines when you work it slow to a sighted fish.
