Depends on what you are lookingfor and how far up the river you are looking.

Are you looking for depths and fishing spots in the Ochlocknee Bay then use Hot Spot or Top Spot maps, if your are looking for directions use Earth Google.

The State Park has a pretty dececnt, double-sided hand-drawn map with all of the creeks and such. Its called the Ochlockonee River State Park Fishing Map. Pretty good representation of the mouth and associated creeks.
