What is it?

Red snook tree? :-D

It's not supposed to be here. Global warming? First the Northwest Passage opens up, and now this. :smt119
Looks to me to be a couple, maybe three, years old.
The snook that visited Wakulla Springs last winter must have been looking for this tree. :-D

I'm not saying specifically where it is. Don't want some developer to attack it with a D9.

A Keaton Beach guide caught a permit about 30 days ago within 50 feet of shore. He also caught a bonita the same day.

The bonita is no suprise at all but a permit inshore sure is, even if it was way down at Keaton Beach  . Freak accident or preview of whats to come????? time will tell...

Thanks for the heads up. Being able to target permit on our local flats would be awesome.
