Pin Hook Creek............1/6...

Post by fishfeeder »

Put in at the light house around 12pm and headed to PHC. Worked my way up the creek about a Half Mile. Sightings … plentiful…Bites Few and far between. At one point I had a school of what looked like 100 pups circling the boat, which turned to one of those semi panic moments brought on buy the man among boys mixed into the school …you know what I mean when it happens your calmly watching a school of lightly colored pups swim by and stuck in the middle there he is a true deep copper colored HOG!!! :o You franticly pitch a bait just ahead of him and he just passes it by, so you grab a different rod/bait and pitch it, but in the panic your cast is way off so you reel real fast and try again to no avail as the HEFFER just swims away… :smt010 .All in all I admired hundreds of reds and only boated/released 3 on Gulp Jerk Shad (un-weighted) off the water by 4pm. Lightly sautéing the woodys I shoot in the AM by 5:30… :lick: .
If you release them they will grow!!!!

I guess you don't want mine since it's exactly like yours. :(
Actually listening to what other people say is worth the effort.
