Stainless Prop Repair

Post by Ranaman »

Hey Guys, I see in recent posts a lot about the skeg issues and BirdDog’s unfortunate incident with a rock damaging his prop and lower unit, but if you don’t have a regular dealer to work on your stuff for you where would you take a damaged prop to be repaired locally (SoGa or N.FL) I plan on taking the boat over to Wavel Porter sometime in the near future for the skeg damage, but I don’t think he works on props does he?? My deductible on my insurance is more than cost of repairs I've seen Wavel charge for Skegs; what about repaing the SS props?

Thanks
Joe
