Ochlocknee Bay 2/16/08

Post by salty tiger »

Put in at the bridge on 98, and fished the creeks and oyster bars between there and Bald Point. Ended up with 5 mid to lower slot reds and 20+ trout ranging from 12” to 22”. Every thing was caught on a Pink Top Dog Jr, Captain Mike’s Spoon (Chartreuse) and Gulp Jerk Shad. The reds were scattered around pretty good, while the trout were concentrated on the oyster bars. Beautiful weather out there today, can’t wait til next time.
