2.16.08 Econfina and areas east

Slept in a little and got to the ramp around 10:30. I had plans on going to Hickory Mounds but the signage said the ramps were closed for a few days. Paid the fee at Econfina and headed out. Started catching right away at the tail end of the high. Great day on the water with perfect conditions. The fish drought I have been experiencing is finally over! The joke is busted. I outfished the fishing buddy 3 reds and 2 trout to his 1 red. Everything released except for 1 of the smaller reds.
