fishing this weekend

Post by flyboy »

Does anyone think the fishing will be good this weekend? I'm not sure after all this rain, and I'm trying to figure out if it's worth pissing off my wife or not. :o :o

I think that it will be excellent. You can't beat rainy weather fishing. It is days like these, the ones when know one else will join you, that the big one is caught.

Hell yeah you should fish this weekend. The rain ain't gunna kill you it's the big bolts of lightning you gotta
be worried about. Well that and giant Sea Monsters.

The tides looked really awesome for fishing...until a few minutes ago when I read some numbers off some tide stations...they're a hair under flood level right now up the rivers, expected to rise over night and continue to rise from runoff for quite a while after the rain stops. The predicted 0.0 low and +3 or whatever high I was salivating over might turn out more like +3 low and +6 high so to find the nice shallows you might have to drive your boat places you normally go in your truck...we shall find out tomorrow. Prolly gonna be another one of those 'interesting' days.
