Opening Day of Trout Season?

Post by Hit-n-Miss »

:-D Who's going? Where are you going? And how are you going to fish(8-10' ,2-3', in the rivers and creeks)? I am not going yet. I want to let the water warm up some. I have never been good at cold water fishing. :-D

I think the question is...Where are the fish going to be going?

Did this warm spell bring them out of the creeks? What about the recent heavy rains. Is the salinity too low now up in the rivers and they headed back out to sea? Is the current too swift in the rivers and creeks, forcing them all into the deep holes? What will the cold front and freeze today do to their movement?

Get back with me on those and I will let you know where I will want to go..... :-D
