:-D If you could only take five grub colors(non gulp) what would they be? What's your top 5. Mine is Pinfish, Electric Chicken, Candy corn, Chicken bone, and my favorite White w/pink curly tail. :-D

I like Chartruse the others mentioned are fine.

we have used a yellow with pink tail and white with pink tail shrimp rootbeer at times.

If I could only take one grub I promise it would be one you said couldn't be on the list. White or glow gulp.
Yesterday it was taboo today it is normal what the heck will they be doing tomorrow?

:-D Just keeping scent out of the equation. :-D I use gulp too. But I have had days when they would not touch a gulp but would nail a grub. :o I see Tom likes Glow.

Topwater,
then Pearl & then Pearl.
Ok, Chartreuse if I have to.
And sparkle pink, because Cobia say so.

What I use and why, for what it’s worth:
I want my plastics to act like bait fish. They need to suspend like a good hard bait.
My favorite way to accomplish this is to use a 1/16oz jig (heavy hook, wide gap) with
a Strike King Redfish Magic Zulu Soft Bait Body (the old 3X Strong that hard salt in them). I use straight tails. They are buoyant and suspend level with a 1/16 oz jig. These will stretch 2 feet and you almost never have to replace them, even with Blues & Spanish. Wally usually only has white but other colors are available.
