Live Well lights
Hey people, I have a quick question. I have a 2006 Sea Pro SV1700CC / Flats boat. I did not realize I had a light for each of the two live wells. The pump/wells work fine, but only have seen the lights work once for a split second by accident. The bulbs seem fine. Should'nt the lights come on when I switch the pump on or at least the navigation lights. I discovered the lights after my initial warranty expired and do not fish that much at night(hoping to change that). The boat was purchased new. Whats up with this? Thanks - Carlos

change to LED and you wont blow bulbs. the wire may still corrode, but the bulb will be fine.

What BB said... My brother had a 1900CC and the livewell lights came on with the courtesy light switch, not the nav lights or well pump.
Mookbait! At least 401 times better than live bait!

Re: Live Well lights
you can get them with a presure switch that fits on the hatch lid, so it only comes on when open. Dark livewell means calm bait.
