Fishing SGI 3/29/08

Post by WaltDawg »

Fished the FCKA tournament Saturday with a few yakers over on St. George Island. I caught a keeper flounder, a 20+ trout and a few reds on Friday, but was limited to reds on tourney day. I saw a huge bullshark while I was trying to land one of my reds, sorry I didn't get a picture of the guy. (Anybody interested in buying a slightly soiled kayak?)

The weather was great and the fishing was decent. Caught all of mine jigging the bottom. Nothing bit spoons or topwater.

25'' with 5 spots

Good enough for 3rd in the redfish division
