I saw that one, Bill and I ve already talked to him. His name is Jason and he fishes out of Southern Miss. and the LA marshes. Nice guy. Nice boat but he wants a little too much for it and it has no jackplate and a carb motor. I ve been looking primarily at an 07 ECC Lostmen and an 07 Beavertail. Both are super nice boats. Im really not sure about which way to go. I looked at a couple of metal boats but they are few and far between.Id really like to find an 18 ft xpress or alumacraft in good shape but most of them have carb. motors and I ve had a carb motor, really dont want another one. The only concern I have with a metal boat is they are a little loud , especially with my clumsy arse. I really cant decide. I ve been talking with Chalk, Birddog, and Mills about their respective boats and each type has its advantages. The 07 Lostmen Im looking at is an awesome boat but its a bit pricey. Its a custom with a ton of storage and a 50 4 stroke honda, but no trolling motor and no powerpole. The Beavertail is very nice with a 60 E-tec and totally tricked out. It has all the options but very little storage. I can buy the 07 beavertail for just a bit more than the 05. Im going for a boatride with Mills this weekend or first if next week when he has time and Im hoping I can get a feel of how the poling skiffs handle. I appreciate you guys keeping your eyes out and if ya'll see something I may be interested in, let me know. Thanks again!
