Took my youngest boy Cody to try our luck in the surf, glad my luck in the surf is a lot better than offshore lately. 32 whiting of good size, 2 flounder and one short Trout in 5 hrs. Only bad part were the countless hardheads. Cody caught his first shark, a small bonnet head of which he was very proud. The Pompano weren't around, water was a little dirty for them I suppose but the whiting bite was steady. Love me some whiting :lick: :lick:
