Oyster Bay area 4/20

Post by flounderpounder »

Today started very calm with a decent topwater bite early, I switched over to DOA Terror eyes and 7 " jerk shads mid morning and thats when the bight fired up. I got into a few smaller red between 18-20, then a I hooked into two fish in the 24" range. I switched over to see if I could get some trout and that bite was just as succesful, I picked up 4 trout all over 20" the biggest was 23 plus inch fish.
Overall a very good day for quality fish, hopefully they will stick around for next weeks Team SeaTrout tourney.
