Been real busy with school and such so I have not had a chance to get out and fish my usual 2-3 times a week. Woke up on saturday morning to a pounding headache and decided to go fishing. Met up with one of my friends and headed down to bloxham. Fished for about 2.5 hours and saw nothing but gar, big gar. They were not interested in us thank god but either were the bass. Threw the box at em. Worms in 3 different colors, spinnerbaits, topwater, diving crankbaits, nada. I was tempted to throw on a gulp but I figured they should be saved for more applicable situations. Got exams this week then summertimes here. Work 3 days a week and fish the other 4. It is going to be real nice.
Probably going to bring my kayak back down from va and spend some time chasing mackrel and trout. The inshore reports look pretty good these days.
