:o Who has one of any sort? And how does it work for you? Do you like it? I have a 19' kenner with a 115 opti. that I am thinking about putting one on. :-D

I all so have a kenner 19ft i had trim tabs on it but theman at carters Marine said that the kenners don't need them it get up great My boat is a tunnel hull with a jack plate also and i have no trouble getting om plane with the (0 hp motor..still have the trim tab laying around the barn collecting dust

Just kidding! Sea Dawg that's a really nice looking boat you have...tunnel and jackplate make all the difference for sure!

Bob's stabilizer plate :thumbup: :thumbup: I love mine and since it's made from aircraft aluminum, I can use it as a step ta get in the boat also :smt004 :beer:

I also have 19' Kenner with tunnel and Yamaha 90 put a hydro foil on mine helps me keep water on prop when turning at a high speed had trim tabs also due to the fact that my spouse is lighter than me and it would help with a port side list I have, however I been fixing that with weight distribution.

I have a bobs plate someware around the house, came off my 115 yamaha, worked great until i changed motors. 40.00 shipped

Does it hurt the value of the motor to drill holes in the motor flange for the hydrofoil? Does the foil make a huge improvement? My 200 Yam sits down way too low at less than half trottle. I am a little confused on tabs, flaps, plates, jacks. I promise to be less needy and more helpful when I get educated. Thanks for any assistance. I have read the thread started by BB back in April.
