Post by Mook! »

Went fishing today with mojo and the girl next door. Fished the stake line all day in front of the light house. didn't move...ever..fished with 3" new penny gulps on cajun thunders...2 foot steel 150lb leaders...120lb power pro, 19 poles total. It was hot...really hot...muggy...breezy, not too windy. The secret was throw out as many Gulp lines as possible. 497 pinfish, 57 ladyfish, 9 remora, 2 ballyhoo lost at the boat, 36 assorted catfish, 9 short trout, 2 keepers. Loaded and unloaded boat in both lanes of lighthouse ramp.
